Board Breaking

    David M Vogtman began his martial arts training in 1979. He obtained a 2nd degree Black Belt in 1985 and has competed successfully in both point and full contact competitions. He has qualified for the Olympics at both state and National levels.

    In this tape David shows the breaks that will be a part of the requirements for Black Belt. While this is not all that is required, it is the most demanding part and David will help you through each step. The tape is about 40 minutes long.
